The tension pulley is connected to a governor rope. The central shaft(40) of the tension pulley is fixed to the housing. The connecting member is fixed to one side of a lift path. The elastic member is installed between the connecting member and the housing and pushes the housing downwards. The elastic member is a coil spring(30). One or more coil springs are installed. The coil spring is connected to the central shaft, which is vertically installed between the housing and the connecting member.
