    • A movable table (11) supports a part- transporting member (15). A stationary table (12) is provided below the movable table (11), and supports the movable table (11) so as to be vibratable with vibration generators (13) between them. The vibration generators each have piezoelectric elements (19) attached to each of first elastic members (18, 18). One end side of each first elastic member (18) is attached to the movable table (11) and the other side to the stationary table (12). Supporting members (14) each have a second elastic member (20). One end side of the second elastic member (20) is attached to the movable (11) table and the other side to the stationary table (12). The structure above enables the height of a piezoelectricity-driven part feeder to be kept low, the stress acting on the vibration generator (13) to be restricted, sufficient amplitude to be achieved even in high frequency drive condition, and the replacement of the vibration generator (13) and the change and adjustment of resonance frequency to be facilitated.
