    • PURPOSE: A packing method is provided to improve packing quality by implementing a packing process based on data on the real size of roll-shaped products or cylindrical products with a hollow hole. CONSTITUTION: A packing method is as follows: Data on the width and outer diameter of a package are collected(S100). A packing material attaching device is aligned based on the collected data(S110). The package is transferred to the packing material attaching device(S120). The actual width and outer diameter of the package is detected to obtain actual data of the package(S130). The position of the packing material attaching device is precisely aligned corresponding to the package, and a packing material sealing device is aligned based on the actual data(S140). The packing material is attached to the package(S150). The package on which the packing material is attached is transferred to the packing material sealing device(S160). The side end of the packing material is folded to seal the packing material(S170).     • PURPOSE: A device for wrapping a notebook is provided to improve productivity by automatically performing a wrapping process and by preventing a notebook from being damaged. CONSTITUTION: An article insertion unit(100) includes an upper support(110) having a receiving space, a lower support(120) for moving a notebook into the receiving space of the upper support, a grip integrally formed with the lower support, and a support bar(140) for supporting the sliding of the lower support on the grip. An inlet closing unit(200) includes a first and a second conveyor belts(210,220) for transferring an article thermally attached and cut by a cutting unit(30), an air supply pipe for upward moving an attachment face of a film(P) inserted with a notebook by injecting air from a lower portion to an upper portion, a suction pipe having a suction hole and adhering the attachment face of the film by sucking air, and a bonding roller for firmly bonding the attachment face to the film inserted with an article. A discharging and transferring unit(300) wraps notebooks sequentially while changing direction in a zigzag fashion. After an article is inserted to a film, the upper end of the film is compressed thermally. The opening of the film is sealed by bonding. The wrapped article is stacked sequentially.

    • PURPOSE: A method and device of packing is provided to prevent damage of products and to maximize the productivity by making the packing work after manufacture of goods automatically performed. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive surface is formed to a side of a film and the film is united double. The film is supplied in a roll shape(A). The supplied film is stretched tight and then the cutting length is adjusted according to the size of goods(B). The lower end of the adjusted film is melted and compressed by heat and then joined and at the same time cut for the first packing process(C). A goods is inserted through the inlet formed to a side and the inserted goods and film are moved to the lower part in predetermined length(D). The upper end of the film is melted, compressed, and then joined and the same time cut, and then dropped down(E). While dropped products is moved horizontally, air is jetted from the upper part to the lower part, and the adhesive surface is stood vertically and joined while being moved and the inlet is closed up(F). A sticker is put on the lower surface of the products moving horizontally with the inlet closed up(G). The products are loaded in zigzags(H).
