CONSTITUTION: A locking device comprises a latch(10) and a pin(100). The latch is arranged on a structural element(2). The pin is arranged on a neighboring structure(3). The latch comprises a steering wheel(11) and a locking arm(20). The steering wheel comprises an elliptical opening(12). A fastener sleeve(5) for fixing the structural element is inserted into the elliptical opening. The locking arm comprises a first end(21). The first end is hinge-coupled to the steering wheel through a pivot pin(13). An extraction unit extracts the latch moving from the pin in a longitudinal direction.

The engine cooling system for an airplane according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a cowl which surrounds an aerial engine and a baffle which divides the inner part of the cowl into an upper part and a lower part.
