A mixed water discharging valve(13) is formed in the end of the mixed water discharging pipe. The mixing valve is formed on an upper side than mixed water discharging valve so that a mixed water drain is formed in a lower side of the mixing valve. A mixed water drain pipe is formed in a mixed water drain hole. A mixed water drain valve is formed in the mixed water drain pipe. A controller supplies power to the boiler and the water heating pump. The controller controls a water heating temperature of the boiler.
