      본 고안은 차량의 탑과 앞범퍼 사이에 2개의 사각프레임과 고정판으로 이루어진 고정프레임을 형성하고, 상기 고정프레임에 고정된 좌우측의 브라켓트 내측에 작동부재와 지지부재가 각각 힌지축으로 고정되면서 지지부재의 제2실린더의 일단이 작동부재의 실린더 로드와 힌지축으로 연결되어 작동부재의 실린더 로드가 전진하면서 지지부재를 수직상태로 유지시키면 상기 지지부재의 실린더 로드가 하측으로 작동하면서 로드의 저면에 형성된 지지판이 지면과 밀착되면서 탑이 승강 작동하게된다. 이때 차량이 사선방향으로 기울기를 갖도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
