摘要： PURPOSE: A movable yellow earth charcoal oven-instant roaster is provided to improve safety, easily move meat roasted while maintaining the shape of meat at heat of a high temperature, together with a grill, and effectively roast meat. CONSTITUTION: A movable yellow earth charcoal oven-instant roaster comprises an internal heat-intercepting device using a stove pipe controller(1); a forcible air injector using an air injector(9) and a control switch(10); and a roaster rod to be combined with a double-sided grill for fixing meat. In the movable yellow earth charcoal oven-instant roaster, the keeping rate of heat is improved by using yellow earth. Remaining materials are easily removed by using an ash-collecting case. The movement of the roaster is facilitated by mounting movable wheels(7).

摘要： A roasting device with smoking of meat is provided to cook charcoal meat and smoking meat at the same time by mounting a smoking roaster at the side of a direct roaster. A roasting device with smoking of meat comprises a direct roaster, a smoking roaster, and a leg part(30). The direct roaster, whose side has the smoking roaster higher than the direct roaster, includes an opening part for exchanging heat, an opening/closing part(5) having a handle(4) hinged with the direct roaster and the smoking roaster, and oil ports at the lower end. An air adjusting part adjusts flowing rate of air by rotating a rotating part around a hinge. The direct roaster also consists of a direct roasting box(17), plural holes at the bottom for flowing air, an iron part at the upper part, and plural through-holes at the lower part by mounting an oil placing part. The smoking roaster has a temperature measuring device at the upper part, a shelf part(23) at the front, a funnel(24) at the side, and a stopper(25) rotated laterally. An engaging part mounted on the inner side of the smoking roaster places meat to detach a grill(28). The leg part having wheels(29) is mounted at the lower part of the direct roaster and the smoking roaster. The stopper discharges internal heat to the air, and raises the inner temperature inside the smoking roaster, and has the temperature measuring device at the upper part of the smoking roaster for detecting the inner temperature.
