    • A stone processing method using a diazo sensitizer is provided to prevent the sensitizer applied on the surface of stone from being hardened in abnormally irradiating the light as contact power between the stone and a film is reduced, by keeping uniform contact and attaching power with the photograph film of various shapes by using transparent vinyl and a vacuum inhaler. A stone processing method using a diazo sensitizer comprises the steps of: applying and drying the diazo sensitizer on the surface of stone(10); covering the surface of the stone and a film with transparent vinyl and then equally sticking the stone and the film to each other by perfectly exhausting the internal air of the transparent vinyl through a vacuum inhaler, in order to prevent the film attached according to the curvature radius or shape of the stone from coming off; exposing the vacuum sucked film and the transparent vinyl to the light for 5~10 minutes by a UV(Ultraviolet) lamp of 180 nm with keeping a gap between the film and the transparent vinyl or exposing the vacuum sucked film and the transparent vinyl to the sunlight for 10~15 minutes, and then removing the film and the vinyl; cleaning the stone by repeatedly moping the surface of the stone with a wet urethane cloth or the sensitizer applied on a sponge; completely drying the surface of the stone where the water sinking into the surface of the stone and the hardened sensitizer are swelled by cleaning, by using a blower; expressing the shape corresponding to the content of a photograph film by intaglio and relief, by jetting sand on a boundary between parts where the sensitizer is stuck and not stuck to the surface of the stone according to the shape of the film, at high pressure by a sand gun(120) of a sand blaster(110) and then dispersing and digging out the surface of the stone where the sensitizer is not stuck; and cleaning the surface of the stone with a decoater or tepid water in order to finish sludge and the applied sensitizer clearly.

    • Ultraviolet curing resin composition (20) is applied onto print pattern (12) of transfer film (16) so that the print pattern (12) is activated so as to reproduce adherence by virtue of the ultraviolet curing resin composition (20). In that state, hydraulic transfer to a surface of article (10) is carried out to thereby form outermost surface decoration layer (30). The ultraviolet curing resin composition (20) upon application onto the print pattern is harmoniously combined with the print pattern and cured by ultraviolet light. With respect to the outermost surface decoration layer (30), gloss variation and/or texture is imparted thereto in conformity with combination of the ultraviolet curing resin composition having been combined with the print pattern and cured with components of the print pattern.

    • A hydraulic transfer method is provided to secure various application ranges, to reduce the cost of products by a simple process, and to reduce the defective ratio generated in a thermal transfer method. A hydraulic transfer method comprises the steps of: cleaning and drying the surface of a glass or transparent synthetic resin object(10); applying and drying an adhesive agent(11) on the object; spraying an activator on a decoration layer(30) of a hydraulic transfer film floating in a transfer water tank; hydraulically transferring the decoration layer of the hydraulic transfer film on the object by pressing the object from the upper part of the hydraulic transfer film; washing off a support film of the hydraulic transfer film and drying the hydraulic transfer film; and forming a coating layer by applying liquid paint on the object having the hydraulically transferred decoration layer and drying the object. The adhesive agent with the thickness of 10~30 micrometers is produced by applying the adhesive agent on the object and drying the adhesive agent at 60~100°C for 10~30 minutes. The activator contains D-limonene.
