摘要： PURPOSE: An automatic pencil is provided to protect a tip by inserting the tip inside a rotational handle when the tip is not in use, thereby preventing the deformation of or damage to the tip from external shocks. CONSTITUTION: An automatic pencil includes a first drawing-out member(80), a second drawing-out member(90), and an elastic support member(110). A first protrusion unit(81) moves from the rear end(21) to the fore-end of a first spiral groove when a rotatory handle(20) is rotated in a normal direction. The first protrusion unit moves from the fore-end to the rear of the first spiral groove when the rotatory handle is rotated in a reverse direction. A second protrusion(91) is drawn out from the first drawing-out member by moving from the rear end to the fore-end of a second spiral groove(82) when the first drawing-out member, which is drawn out to a final position, is rotated together with the rotatory handle in a normal direction. The second protrusion is inserted into the first drawing out member by moving from the fore-end to the rear end of the second spiral screw groove when the first drawing-out member, which is completely inserted, is rotated in a reverse direction. The elastic support member is equipped on the inner circumferential surface of the tip in order to support an automatic pencil lead, and supports the first and the second drawing-out member on a clamping chuck by a medium of the automatic pencil lead when the rotatory handle is rotated.

CONSTITUTION: An automatic pencil with a touch pen function comprises an outer housing, an inner housing, a rear end cap part, and a front end cap part(150). The rear end cap part adjusts a lead which comes out or goes into the pencil, and prevents a core member from breaking away. The front end cap part is combined detachably with the lower part of the inner housing or the outer housing to protect a writing unit(130). The rear end cap part is combined with the thin film to be conductible, where the rear end cap part is contacted with an electrostatic touch panel for the input of a user's command information to the touch panel.
