CONSTITUTION: A multipurpose writing instrument comprises a case (20) formed of an inner container (22) assembled inside of a knock part and an outer container (24) assembled outside; a core material (30) that freely moves as inserted in the inner container, allows writing by protruding a part thereof when the knock part is downwardly stood up, and is inserted into the inner container when the instrument is flipped upside down; a support part (40) that is included in an upper end of the inner container and has a protrusion that stops movement of the core material at the time or writing as the core material is hung on the protrusion; a guide ring (32) that is included in a lower part of the core material and guides movement of the core material, wherein the guide ring moves the core material to a side of a wall in the inner container at the time of wring so that the core material is hung on the protrusion; and a fixing part (50) that is included at an upper end of the support part and fixes the core material inserted into the inner container with an elastic plate to prevent movement of the core material after the writing.
