    • PURPOSE: A printer head used for screen printing is provided to reduce printing errors by easily managing the viscosity of ink, and to effectively reduce ink consumption and ink sludge. CONSTITUTION: A printer head used for screen printing comprises a head body(110), a first conveyor(120), a scraper(130), a squeegee(140), a spacer(150), and a second conveyor(160). An ink nozzle(111) is formed in the bottom of the head body. The first conveyor transfers the head body. The scraper is installed in the bottom of the head body. The squeegee is installed in a line with the scraper in order to store ink sprayed from the ink nozzle. The spacer controls an interval between the scraper and the squeegee. The second conveyor vertically transfers the head body.

    • PURPOSE: A printing device and a method of printing using the same are provided to reduce the manufacturing cost of the printing device by printing using a plane plate. CONSTITUTION: A printing device comprises a main body(100), a moving stage(200), an ink bin, and a printing roll(700). A plane plate(210) with a print pattern part and a print paper(220) are placed at the upper side of the moving stage. The ink bin comprises an ink chamber filled with ink and is tightly installed at the plate face of the plane plate. An ink discharging hole is formed at the lower part of the ink chamber and a blade is installed at the edge of the ink discharge hole. The printing roll is able to lift by a lifting unit, is rotatably installed at the main body by a motor and prints on the print paper by transferring the ink in the print pattern part through the interoperation with the moving stage. The ink within the printing pattern is changed through the alternate interaction with the moving stage and printing is proceed in the printing paper.

The printing material is transferred onto the blanket roll while the blanket roll is in contact with the gravure roll. The blanket roll prints the transferred printing roll on a substrate(S). The recessed groove includes printing patterns(22) and patterns(23) for measuring pressure. The patterns for measuring pressure measure the pressure applied to the gravure roll and the blanket roll.
