摘要： PURPOSE: An offset printing device is provided to increase a printing quality, to improve durability of equipment, and to prevent damage to the equipment in advance. CONSTITUTION: An offset printing device(100) comprises a gravure roll(20) and a blanket roll(30). The gravure roll forms a recessed groove(21), thereby receiving a printing material in the recessed groove. The blanket roll is rotated in a direction opposite to that of the gravure roll. The printing material is transferred onto the blanket roll while the blanket roll is in contact with the gravure roll. The blanket roll prints the transferred printing roll on a substrate(S). The recessed groove includes printing patterns(22) and patterns(23) for measuring pressure. The patterns for measuring pressure measure the pressure applied to the gravure roll and the blanket roll.

CONSTITUTION: An offset printing device (100) includes a gravure roll (20), a blanket roll (30), and a position control unit (40). The gravure roll, which is rotated by the operation of a first motor (25), forms a concave groove (21) and receives printing materials inside the concave groove. The blanket roll is rotated in a direction opposite to the gravure roll by the operation of a second motor (35). The printing materials are transferred on the blanket roll in contact with the gravure roll. The blanket roll prints the transferred printing materials on a substrate. The position control unit is electrically connected to at least one of the first and second motors and changes the position of the blanket roll facing the concave groove by changing at least one of the surface positions of the gravure roll and the blanket roll.
