A soundproofing panel for impact sound insulation comprises an upper panel(10), a hexagonal soundproof member(20), a lower panel(30). The lower panel is made of porous material. The hexagonal soundproof member is attached on the top surface of the lower panel and provided with a plurality of hexagonal holes(21,22) with different sizes. The upper panel is attached on the top surface of the hexagonal soundproof member and made of polymer form material. The porous material of the lower panel is exfoliated vermiculite.

A manufacturing device of a foaming stone interior member comprises: a mixing hopper member(10) mixing vermiculite and resin; a high temperature tank member(20) fusing and heating the mixture; a transfer method(30) transferring the mixture; a polyester stacking member(40) laminating the polyester on the top of the mixture; and a roller part(50) compressing the laminated polyester and vermiculite. The upper end of the mixing hopper member is broader than the bottom end. An outlet is located on the bottom part of the mixing hopper member. The high temperature tank member includes a heater part(21) and an exhaust line(22). A winding part is located in the polyester stacking member. The roller part includes an upper roller(51) and a lower roller(52).
