    • A dehydrating apparatus using gravity, pressurization, and electro penetration is provided to maximize the dehydration efficiency, clean a pressurization belt consistently, prevent oxidation of an electro penetrative drum, enable dehydration to be performed at both sides of the belt and the drum, and maximize the operating efficiency of the dehydrating apparatus. A dehydrating apparatus using gravity, pressurization, and electro penetration comprises: a frame; first and second guide rollers(21,22) installed on the frame and spaced from each other in a predetermined distance, and pressurization rollers(41-45) installed adjacently to the first and second guide rollers; an endless track type dehydration belt(23) which is wound on the first and second guide rollers and the pressurization rollers, and which has a plurality of dehydration holes(24) formed therein or is made of a mesh member to form a gravity dehydrating part for dehydrating sludge(200) by gravity between the first and second guide rollers; a pressurization belt(47) which is wound on the pressurization rollers and idle rollers(46a-46e) that are installed below the pressurization rollers, and which is wound on the pressurization rollers in a state that the pressurization belt is superposed onto the dehydration belt to form a pressurization dehydrating part for pressurizing and dehydrating the sludge dehydrated by the gravity dehydrating part; and an electro penetrative dehydration unit(60) installed on the frame to dehydrate the sludge pressurized and dehydrated by the dehydration belt and the pressurization belt by electro penetration. The electro-penetrative dehydration unit includes an electrode roller(61), a plurality of supporting rollers(62-65), a caterpillar(70), a power impressing unit(80), and an electrode roller cleaning unit(90).
