    • A manufacturing method of a ceramic sheet is provided to reduce manufacturing hours, and to prevent a base film contacted to a grip from being broken by heating the base film including moisture quickly with high or super-high frequency. Polymer is mixed with ceramic powder(S21), and mixed material is formed into a base film with a first thickness by extrusion-molding(S23). Plural grips are mounted at both sides of the base film(S25), and high frequency of at least 1 MHz is radiated to the base film to heat the base film to the stretching temperature(S27). High frequency is irradiated to keep temperature, and the base film is stretched by plural grips to form a ceramic sheet in a second thickness less than the first thickness(S29). The polymer is selected among groups composed of polyethylene, polyvinyl alcohol, polypropylene, peroxyacetyl nitrate and polyethylene terephthalate.
