    • 본 발명은 공기조화기용 배관의 제조장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 작업공정의 축소와 함께 단열재 가루와 먼지 및 분진 등의 날림현상과 소음없이 단열재에 단열재에 고압관 삽입홈과 저압관 삽입홈 및 전선 삽입홈, 케이블 삽입홈을 형성할 수 있도록 함으로써 작업환경의 개선과 작업자의 건강장해 및 환경오염을 방지토록 한 공기조화기용 배관 제조장치의 홈가공 지그에 관한 것으로서, 이는 일측 공급릴(210)에서 타측 회수릴(220) 측으로 단열재(131)가 연속 공급되고, 상기 공급릴(210)과 회수릴(220) 사이에는 튜브 삽입부(250)와 테이핑부(260)가 구비됨에 있어서, 상기 공급릴(210)과 회수릴(220) 사이에 단열재가 전후방으로 통과될 수 있게 절열체의 링 형태로 지그몸체(1)를 구비하되, 상기 지그몸체(1)에는 단열재(131)의 고압관 삽입홈(132)과 저압 관 삽입홈(133) 및 전선 삽입홈(134), 통신케이블 삽입홈(135)에 상응하는 직경의 링 형태를 이루는 가열부(21)를 갖는 제1 전극판(2)과 제2 전극판(3) 및 제3 전극판(4), 제4 전극판(5)이 상기 가열부(21)가 지그몸체(1) 내부에 위치하도록 구비됨으로써 작업공정의 축소와 함께 단열재 가루와 먼지 및 분진 등의 날림현상과 소음없이 단열재에 단열재에 고압관 삽입홈과 저압관 삽입홈 및 전선 삽입홈, 케이블 삽입홈을 형성하는 것이 가능하고, 이로인해 작업의 간편성 및 작업환경의 개선과 작업자의 건강장해 및 환경오염을 미연에 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

    • A resin impregnated cured in place liner with an integral inner impermeable layer, (22) a method for its manufacture and an apparatus to do this are provided. The liner is formed from a resin impregnable material having an impermeable layer bonded to one surface. The material is formed into tubular shape with the impermeable layer on the outside of the tube about a tubular forming member and continuously everted into the tubular forming device to place the impermeable layer on the inside. An outer impermeable film (31) is placed about the inner tubular layer (28) and may be impregnated with vacuum in the usual manner. Alternatively, the tubular resin impregnable material may be passed through a resin tank (53) and impregnated with a curable resin prior to being wrapped with an outer impermeable layer. The impregnated liner is then suitable for pull-in-and-inflate which can be by steam in view of the integral inner impermeable layer of the liner.

    • PURPOSE: A groove machining jig of a pipe making device for an air conditioner is provided to easily install and replace four electrode plates and accordingly to improve working efficiency by inserting and bolt-combining the electrode plates in a jig body. A tube insertion unit and a taping unit are arranged between the supply and recovery reels. First, second, third, and fourth electrode plates(2,3,4,5) having heating units(21) shaped like a ring of the diameter corresponding to high and low pressure insertion grooves(132,133), a wire insertion groove(134), and a communicating cable insertion groove(135) of the heat insulation material are arranged in the jig body. The heating units are positioned in the jig body.
