The piston is moved along an inner wall of the cylinder back and forth. The rod is adhered to the piston and is moved back and forth. The front block is coupled with a front of the cylinder. The front block has an inlet(6) to flow in and out hydraulic fluid and a flow path(9) to flow the hydraulic fluid into the cylinder. The rear block is coupled with a rear of the cylinder and has the inlet and the flow path. The front and rear dampers are coupled with a front and a rear of the piston respectively. Notch grooves(12,13) are formed on outer side surfaces of the front and rear dampers respectively.

摘要： PURPOSE: A method for increasing sound insulation performance of pair glasses by attaching inertia weights and the inertial weights used therefor are provided to improve the sound insulation performance by preventing resonant transmission of the pair glasses and improving sound transmission loss of the pair glasses. CONSTITUTION: Inertia weights made of metal are attached to one side of pair glasses at regular intervals and the natural frequency of a glass plate to which the inertia weights are attached is different from the natural frequency of a glass plate to which the inertia weights are not attached. If one of the pair glasses to which the inertia weights are not attached becomes a side(the outside of a building) through which noise is transmitted and the other one of the pair glasses to which the inertia weights are attached becomes a side(the inside of the building) through which noise of the building is transmitted, resonance between the outer glass and the inner glass doesn't occur and the vibration of the glasses and emission of noise are reduced. Resonant transmission doesn't occur in the pair glasses and just external noise transmitted according to a mass law is transmitted and thus noise insulation performance is improved. The inertia weight is a metal plate(1) having a diameter of 30¯50 mm and thickness of 2¯4 mm. A groove, to which viscous washers(2) are installed, is formed to one side of the metal plate to be attached to the glass and a plastic cover(3), to facilitate handling and improve the exterior view, is put on the opposite side.
