    • PURPOSE: A plastic double extruded panel manufacturing device using a wood chip as a core, a method of manufacturing thereof, and a panel thereof are provided to prevent distortions and increase uniformity by installing a wood chip at the center of the inner body of the plastic panel and improving intensity and tensile force. CONSTITUTION: A plastic double extruded panel manufacturing device using a wood chip as a core comprises first, second, and third extruders(10,11,12), a double extruding mold(20), a vacuum chamber(40), a sizing machine, a cooling chamber(41), a track-type withdraw device(50), and a cutter(60). The first extruder extrudes a wood chip of 2-6 mm and forms the core of the inner body. The second extruder supplies the waste plastic for the inner body of the plastic panel. The third extruder supplies the new plastic for the outer body. The double extruded mold is formed a wood chip supply mold, inner and outer body molds by coupling the extruding mold. The vacuum chamber cools and sizing the plastic panel extruded from the double extruded mold furnace using a plurality of cold nozzles and pressing rollers. The sizing machine flattens the plastic panel. The cooling chamber cools the sized plastic panel by using a plurality of cooling nozzles, a support roller, and a guide roller. The track-type withdraw device draws out the plastic panel exhausted from the cooling chamber. The cutter cuts the plastic panel to a predetermined standard.

An inlet part(53a) and an outlet part for cooling fluid are formed at one side of the body. The body includes a through hole(54) such that the cooling fluid flows through the inlet part and the outlet part.

The die part includes a cylinder die, a core shaft(33), and a cavity(35) formed between the cylinder die and the core shaft. The cylinder die has a shaft hole(37) in the center. Many foaming holes(39) are formed to communicate the shaft hole and the cylinder die. The foaming hole is composed of an inner foaming hole(39a) and an outer foaming hole(39b). The diameter of the outer foaming hole is smaller than usual.

      따라서, 본 고안은 패널이 성형되는 동시에 냉각이 이루어져 성형시간의 단축으로 생산성을 증대시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다.
