    • The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for an assembly type automotive sound-absorbing material using a polyurethane film capable of being attached and detached forming a sound-absorbing power similar to the sound-absorbing power of an existing sound-absorbing material while having price competitiveness and being simply manufactured, and to an assembly type automotive sound-absorbing material using a polyurethane film manufactured by using the same. The manufacturing method for the assembly type automotive sound-absorbing material using a polyurethane film respectively fixes a first polyurethane film and a second polyurethane film on an upper mold frame and a lower mold frame of a mold, injects a urethane foam solution of a liquid phase on the second polyurethane film in which the lower mold frame is fixed, closes an upper mold, foams the urethane foam solution by applying heat and manufactures the assembly type automotive sound-absorbing material using the polyurethane film in which the first polyurethane film and second polyurethane film are attached to the upper part and lower part of urethane foam by foaming the urethane foam solution between the first polyurethane film and second polyurethane film. Accordingly, the present invention is able to provide the assembly type sound-absorbing material capable of being attached to and detached from a cover while maintaining sound-absorbing power by directly foaming and molding urethane foam between the first polyurethane film and second polyurethane film, is able to improve sound-absorbing power by increasing adhesion when the sound-absorbing material is attached to the cover by the first polyurethane and second polyurethane, increases price competitiveness by realizing weight lightening without the degradation of sound-absorbing power even when thickness is thin and is able to improve mobility and workability by providing the automotive sound-absorbing material formed in an assembly type while being manufactured on the basis of urethane foam.
