摘要： PURPOSE: An insert supply and injection mold article packaging apparatus and a method thereof are provided to supply inserts while simultaneously finishing and packaging injection molded articles, thereby improving production efficiency and reducing production processes. CONSTITUTION: An insert supply and injection mold article packaging apparatus(1) includes a tray loading unit(30), an insert standby unit(40), a finishing unit(50), a packing unit(60) and a transfer unit(70). The tray loading unit loads multiple trays(20) in a vertical direction. The insert standby unit is arranged to be separated from the tray loading unit and is settled with the inserts provided from the tray loading unit and make the inserts on standby for the injection molding process. The finishing unit removes unnecessary parts from the injection molded articles. The packing unit is loaded with multiple trays having a seating groove(21) in which the injection molded articles completed by being removed with the unnecessary part from the injection molded articles. The transfer unit transfers the inserts to the insert standby unit from the tray loading unit or the injection molded articles from the finishing unit to the packaging unit.

摘要： PURPOSE: A producing method of a buffer wheel is provided to minimize noise, wear ratio and vibration when a wheel operates by eliminating displacement of a buffering agent from a housing due to long use. CONSTITUTION: High frequency is fed to an inner wheel(1) of an intruded buffer wheel thus an adhesive agent coated on the interface of the inner wheel and an outer wheel(10) is instantaneously fused by an inductive heating. The adhesive force of the inner wheel and the outer wheel is maximized. Heating is performed by heating for from 2 to 3 seconds while the temperature rises instantaneously from 180 to 200°C by feeding high frequency to the inner wheel formed of metal by a high frequency inducing heater.
