CONSTITUTION: A lens gate cutting device comprises a frame(101), a base(102), a supporter(103), a lower and an upper cutting device(20,40), and a controller(104). The supporter is installed on the base. The lower cutting device is composed of a lower block, a work block, a lower cutter(25), a lower fixing device, and a slider. The working block mounts an injected product(10) and cuts a lens(14). The lower cutter cuts the gate of the injected product and separates the lens from the injected product. The slider slides the lower block. The upper cutting device comprises a lifting device, a lifting block, an upper block, an upper cutter(26), and an upper fixing device. The upper cutter cuts the gate with the lower cutter. The lower and the upper fixing device fix the lower and the upper cutter. The controller controls the lower and the upper cutting device.

摘要： PURPOSE: An injection mold for a diaphragm for a washing machine is provided to reduce the stripes on the diaphragm by dispersing materials forming TPE(Thermoplastic Elastomer) by using a plurality of pin holes. CONSTITUTION: An injection mold(20) for a diaphragm for a washing machine comprises first and second cores(203, 204), first and second intermediate cores(205, 206), and first and second slide cores(207, 208). The gap between the first and the second cores is adjustable. The first intermediate core is installed between the first and the second cores and formed into fit to the inner surface of a body. The second intermediate core is installed in the outer surface of the first intermediate core and formed to be fit to the shape corresponding to the exterior of a body. The first and the second slide cores form first and second undercuts with the first and the second cores respectively. Cavities fit to the diaphragm are formed between the first and second cores, the first and the second intermediate cores, and the first and the second slide cores.
