    • The present invention relates to a method for producing form parts from a reactive plastic material of a plurality of components, particularly from polyurethane. A plurality of molds are moved along a production line (2) that is at least temporarily closed by a mold carriage (1) and preferably has an elliptical shape. According to the present invention, the mold carriage (1) has a roll (3) so as to allow simple and rapid transport of the mold carriage into and out of the production line, the mold carriage is moved on a stationary base portion (4) by the roll, a plurality of supply carriages (6) are arranged along the closed production line (2) on a transport element (5), and the supply carriages (6) are moved by the transport element (5). The mold carriage (1) approaches the unoccupied supply carriage (6) and is coupled with the unoccupied supply carriage so that the mold carriage (1) is introduced to the production line (2), and the mold carriage (1), in a coupled state with the supply carriages, is guided and moved by the supply carriages (6) between the mold carriage (1) and the supply carriages (6) for a movement along the production line (2). Then, the mold carriage (1) is decoupled from the supply carriages (6) and is moved apart from the production line (2) so that the mold carriage (1) is taken out of the production line (2). The mold carriage (1) is moved on the stationary base portion (4) by using the roll (3). Furthermore, the present invention relates to respective devices.

    • The present invention relates to a mold for molding a mesh-integrated filter, capable of always locating a mesh at a predetermined height without an effect on the appearance of a finished product. According to the configuration of the present invention, the mold for molding the mesh-integrated filter includes: a lower core which has a first contact surface on at least one side, wherein the first contact surface has molding protrusions; a slide core which is installed to be moved toward the lower core and has molding grooves formed on a second contact surface touching the first contact surface; and an upper core which is installed to cover the upper sides of the lower core and the slide core and has an injection hole for the injection of a liquid molding material. A support for supporting the mesh is formed on the first contact surface, and an insertion groove in which the support is inserted is formed on the second contact surface. According to the present invention as mentioned above, the support on which the mesh is mounted is formed on a first molding surface of the slide core, thereby not affecting the appearance of final products and always locating the mesh at a predetermined height. Especially, the insertion groove is formed on a second molding surface of the lower core, thereby preventing interference by the support when the slide core is moved.
