    • PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for manufacturing an instrument panel for a vehicle are provided to reduce manufacturing costs by performing a scoring process for forming a cut line on the inner wall of the instrument panel by a cutting unit during an injection molding. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing an instrument panel for a vehicle includes a cut unit(50) and a heater(54). The cut unit slides on a mold(80) and forms cut lines on a core layer(52), a skin layer, and a foaming layer. The core layer, the skin layer, and the foaming layer are injection-molded inside the mold. The heater is installed on the cut unit.

    • PURPOSE: An injection method is provided to improve the outer shape of an injection-molded product, as a light emitting unit emits lights from the rear part of a first molded product. CONSTITUTION: An injection method comprises the following steps. The design unit is inserted into a first molding space(50) which is formed between first and second molds(30,40). A first material is injected into the first forming space so that first injection-molded product is injected first. The first molded product is arranged in a second molding space(80) which is formed between third and firth molds(60,70). The second material is injected into the second molding space so that the injection-molded product is injected second.

    • 본발명은플라스틱을사용하여이중인서트사출성형하는장치및 방법에관한것으로, 특히이중사출성형이면서인서트방식의사출성형이자동으로가능토록한 것이다. 이를위하여순회하는공급및 배출수단의일단에서제1성형품을탈착가능하게장착할수 있는장착부와, 상기장착부에장착된제1성형품을금형내로이송토록하기위한이송수단의흡착홀더가제1성형품을홀딩하기위하여정위치에도달하면공급및 배출수단은정지토록하고, 정지된상태에서이송수단의흡착홀더에는진공이발생되어제1성형품을흡착하여이송토록한 후금형내로가이드하는가이드수단과, 상기가이드수단은금형내에서이중사출성형된제2성형품을취출하고또 다른이중사출을위하여흡착되어이송된제1성형품을취부하면서이중사출을위한런너를취출하여가이드수단에의하여가이드되면서이송수단은금형내를빠져나오면서이중사출성형된제2성형품을낙하토록하게되고그후공급및 배출수단의장착부에서장착된제1성형품이정위치에도달하면동일한작업을반복하게되는것이다.
