    • The present invention relates to a molding apparatus for an automotive lens and a manufacturing method for an automotive lens using the same and, more specifically, to a molding apparatus for an automotive lens capable of simplifying the configuration of the molding apparatus for manufacturing an automotive lens and preventing the appearance design degradation and contamination of an automotive lens and, to a manufacturing method for an automotive lens using the same. The molding apparatus for an automotive lens according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a fixation side mold which includes a first cavity for molding a first molding article; an operation side mold which includes a second cavity for molding a second molding article and moves alone one direction; and a rotation mold which is installed at the operation side mold so that a separation distance from the operation side mold is able to be adjusted and places the first molding article molded in the first cavity in the second cavity by being rotated in one direction, wherein the fixation side mold and the operation side mold inject resins from the inner side directions of the first molding article and the second molding article.

    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing the interior components of a vehicle is provided to reduce manufacturing time and costs by arranging devices for manufacturing a base layer, a cushion layer, and a surface layer in a process. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing the interior components of a vehicle is as follows. A lower mold(100) and a first upper mold(110) are coupled. A base layer(200) is formed by injecting a compounded material to the lower mold and the first upper mold. The first upper mold is separated from the base layer attached on the lower mold. A second upper mold(120) is coupled to the lower mold. A composite surface layer(300) is formed on the outer surface of the base layer by injecting a polyurethane material to the second upper mold and the lower mold. The composite surface layer is formed by integrating a cushion layer and a surface layer.
