    • An instrument panel for an invisible airbag and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance breakage performance of the instrument panel by forming a pad made from resin in a surface of a skin layer contacting with a foaming layer. An instrument panel for an invisible airbag comprises a core layer, a foaming layer(11), and a skin layer(10). The skin layer is made from a sheet including ABS and PVC or PVC powder. A pad(20) is fixed between the skin layer and the foaming layer. The pad is made from TPU(Thermal Plastic Urethane), TPO(Thermo Plastic Olefin), or TPE(Thermo Plastic Elastomer). The core layer is integrally formed with an airbag door(13) and a deployment line is formed in the instrument panel so that the instrument panel is easily broken when the airbag is deployed.

    • A lightweight damping foam sheet for sound absorption and insulation using cork and a manufacturing method are provided to reduce the production cost without separately applying vibration removing and sound absorbing sheets and to improve the fuel efficiency of a vehicle by making the sheet lightweight. A lightweight damping foam sheet for sound absorption and insulation using cork is produced by mixing an adhesion binder of 100~200wt.%, a fiber filler of 5~10wt.%, and quicklime of 3~10wt.% with cork powder of 100wt.% and extruding the mixture(S10,S20). The compressed sheet is heated, fused, and foamed at the predetermined thickness. The cork powder has the moisture content of 0.1~0.5% and mesh size of 40~100. The adhesion binder is one of polybutene, asphalt, latex, and synthetic rubber.
