    • A needle grinding device for a needle roller bearing is provided to improve workability by continuously processing two end units of needles mounted on needle mounting units. A needle grinding device for a needle roller bearing comprises a needle process unit(100), a driving belt(200), and a grinding stone(300). The needle process unit consists of plural small guide rollers(111) with needle mounting units therebetween installed at an edge between two disk type carriers(110), and revolves each needle(400) mounted on the needle mounting units around a shaft(121) to install the disk type carrier at the shaft of a deceleration motor(120). The driving belt, whose one side is joined to a pulley of a regular motor(210) and other side to each needle mounted on the needle mounting units, rotates the needles mounted in the needle mounting units at a predetermined speed, and is joined with a narrow width to expose one side of an end unit(410) such as a process portion of the needles. The grinding stone is rapidly rotated by applying power of a grinding motor(320) and includes an edge grinding surface(310) for processing the end unit of the needles exposed from one side of the needle process unit to the outside of the driving belt.

    • An automatic grinding device of a centerless grinder is provided to improve the productivity and to process the surface of a work-piece precisely by automatically supplying the work-piece having a head such as a lock pin. An automatic grinding device of a centerless grinder comprises a raising unit(2), a raising cylinder(20), a rod(200), a groove(12), an inclined groove(13), a finger(1), an operation pin(9), a connection bar(15), and a conveying bar. The raising unit comprises a hanging unit(6) for preventing separation of the work-piece from a work-piece mounting groove(5) to receive the work-piece at the front end of a chute connected with a parts feeder. The raising cylinder is installed by a guide(8) to vertically move the raising unit. The rod is connected with the raising unit. The groove and the inclined groove is received the work-piece supplied from the raising unit at the upper part of the raising unit. The finger is formed of a supporting piece(14) holding the work-piece at one side. The operation pin is installed at the lower part of the connection bar corresponding to the supporting piece to press the work-piece supplied to the finger and to be connected with an operation cylinder(90). The connection bar is connected with the conveying bar to move the finger back and forth to the directions of a regulating wheel and a grinding wheel. The conveying bar is installed at the rail placed at a base(16) to be connected with the conveying bar cylinder.

    • The present invention relates to a pipe grinding device which is composed of a supporting roller where a work condition is not changed according to standard replacement of a processed product, a quality of grinding is excellent, and productivity is high by automatically polishing and grinding a processing surface of the processed product in grinding work when the pipe grinding device processes a surface of the processed product by being point contacted with the processed product while being moved from right to left. According to the present invention, the pipe grinding device comprises: a main body part which is transferred along a length direction since a processed product in a cylindrical form enters one side; an automatic supplying part for successively supplying the processed product which is arranged on top of each other in one side of the main body part one by one; a polishing part for grinding in order by connecting one working part for performing grinding work and polishing work of the processed product which is transferred according to the main body part at the same time in multiple steps; an interval adjusting part which is composed of multiple rollers installed in the bottom to rotate easily the processed product each working part; a grinding part arranged in one side of each working part to point contact grind with a surface of the processed product by rotating a grinding stone arranged in the lower end while moving the processed product from right to left in a state of pressurizing the processed product from an upper side; and a discharging part for discharging the processed product, where grinding work and polishing work are completed, in order one by one.
