    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a disc for a turbo charger is provided to improve the surface roughness and glossiness of a disc by polishing internal grooves, lock holes, and recessed grooves of a disc using grindstone and a polishing agent. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a disc for a turbo charger is as follows. The inner and outer perimeters(21,22) of a stainless steel sheet are machined with a laser and a workpiece is separated from the stainless steel sheet. The surface of the workpiece processing is precisely machined through CNC(Computer Numerical Control) machining in order to finish the inner and outer perimeters. The workpiece is machined into a disc(20) on which internal grooves(25), lock holes(23), and recessed grooves(24) are formed through a machining center. A vane ring plate(10) of the disc is machined through barrel polishing using grindstone and a polishing agent in order to improve the surface roughness and glossiness.
