    • PURPOSE: A horizontal machining center using a b-axial partition guard is provided to replace a workpiece during a process as well as to process an optional slant face using a B axle and to prevent chips and cutting oil from being scattered. CONSTITUTION: A fixture(2) oppositely clamping two workpieces(3) is put on a table(1) and a partition guard(4) is overlapped on the fixture. The fixture and the partition guard are rotated in any angle with the rotation of a B axle. A B axial guard(5) is fixed with a guard body and in a hemispheric shaft to prevent chips and cutting oil from being scattered even if the B axle is rotated in an optional angle. A wiper(6) is placed between the partition guard and the B axial guard. A bearing is combined to the upper rotating center of the B axial guard and the central axle of the bearing is fixed to a rotary frame(9) of the partition guard. The wiper is also fixed to the rotary frame to prevent the chips from being scattered. To replace a workpiece, the B axle is rotated with the partition guard, the fixture, the rotation plate, and the wiper at 180 degrees without the scattering of chips and cutting oil.
