    • An automatic flange facer is provided to machine serration of the flange surface by adjusting the position of a bite using a motor and rotating the bite. An automatic flange facer comprises a flange fixing unit(10) fixed to the lining of a pipe formed in a flange; a shaft(20) attached on top of the flange fixing unit; a main body(30) pivotably assembled to the shaft penetrating an inner space, connected to a toolbar direction channel; a tool bar(40) which is installed in the tool bar direction channel, moving along the toolbar direction channel; a toolbar transfer element, installed to the main body, transferring the toolbar; an internal gear(60) assembled to top of the main body; a rotary motor base(70) fixed onto the shaft, installed to top of internal gear; an internal gear drive unit(80), attached onto a base of a rotary motor, rotating the internal gear; and a flange surface machining part(90), installed to one side of the toolbar, machining the flange surface.

    • A milling head (10) for a rotary tool (90), which is preferably utilized to process, prepare, or otherwise impart a desired finish to a workpiece (100), preferably an end portion of a tube. In a preferred embodiment, the milling head includes at least three different cutting or milling surfaces each capable of performing a distinct operation on a workpiece. In one embodiment, the milling head includes a) a membrane milling and/or outer diameter tube film removal element (40); b) a beveling element (50) capable of imparting a bevel to the tube end; and c) an inner diameter tube film removal element (30). In yet a further embodiment, outer diameter tube film removal elements or blades (210) are provided having a curved or rounded cutting or milling edge (212) which can be utilized especially in milling operations having close quarters.     • PURPOSE: A chamfering apparatus is provided to uniformly chamfer the surface of a pipe by maintaining the stabilized position of the pipe. CONSTITUTION: A chamfering apparatus comprises a holder(100). The holder is composed of a cylindrical housing, an insertion groove(120), a cutting tip(140), and a discharge hole(160). The insertion groove is formed in one end of the housing. A pipe or rod(300) is inserted into the insertion groove. The cutting tip is protruded from the inner surface of the insertion groove. The discharge hole is perforated from the inner surface of the insertion groove to the outer surface of the housing.
