    • PURPOSE: A method and a device for elimination of painting in aluminum can are provided which could promptly and automatically eliminate painting in the collected aluminum can without melting while being transferred along the conveyor belt by using chemicals, brush and abrasives. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: (i) washing the collected aluminum can with water; (ii) separating the iron can contained in the collected can with an electromagnet separator; (iii) injecting chemicals to eliminate the painting; (iv) eliminating the remained painting at the surface of the can with abrasive and wire brush while being transferred along the transferring tank; (v) grinding the can with grinder; (vi) rolling or sand blasting the grinded can to eliminate the remained in the warped grooves; and (vii) washing the can to remove the impurity. The device comprises of (i) washing device(110) which comprises of a water tank(111), a net(112) and a motor(113); (ii) separating device(120) which comprises of a separating tank(121) and an electromagnet(122); (iii) chemical injecting device(130) which comprises of a chemical tank(1310, a net(132) and a motor(133); (iv) brush device(140) which comprises of a transferring tank(141) and a wire brush(142); (v) grinding device(150) which comprises of a grinder(151); (vi) rolling device(160) which comprises of a blasting device(161) or sand blasting device(170) which comprises of a sandblast(171); and (vii) washing device where the can particle of which the painting is totally eliminated is washed and dried.

    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing materials stuck to the inner wall of tank is provided to improve quality of coating, increase productivity and prevent increase of basic unit by alternately performing agitation in forward and reverse directions during agitating operation to remove the materials stuck to the inner wall of the tank. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a driving part comprising a driving motor installed on an upper part of a tank(1) for storing a magnesium oxide aqueous solution to generate driving force, an agitating blade(5) fixed to lower rotation shaft of the driving motor, and a speed reducer(7) connected to upper rotation shaft of the driving motor; a rotation part comprising a body of revolution(11) which is rotationally rested on an upper part of the tank, at the central part of which the driving motor is positioned, and on the outer circumferential surface of one side of which a plurality of rolling rollers are installed, a brush(19) installed at a lower part of the body of revolution to brush the inner wall of the tank, and a forward rotating means fixed to the upper side of the tank to rotate the body of revolution in a forward direction; and a switching part comprising a rotational guide rod(33) fixed to rotation shaft of the speed reducer, a touch bar(37) fixed to the side of the body of revolution, a slide rod(35) elastically connected to the rotational guide rod to push the touch bar or contacted with the forward rotating means, and a curved guide(39) fixed to the side of the body of revolution to guide movement of the sliding rod.

The upper bracket comprises a shaft hole(82a) and an upper center hole(82b) which are inserted to a shaft and ascended and descended. The middle pipe is connected to the upper center hole. The lower bracket comprises a lower center hole(84a) connected to the middle pipe. The outer plate is fixed to both lower sides of the lower bracket. The cutter vertically cuts a film while moving along the exterior of the bottle. The rod is built in the middle pipe and extended behind the cutter. The hinge piece rotates the cutter. The expelling spring is interposed between the lower bracket and the hinge piece and installed on the rod.
