    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for eliminating volatile organic compounds is provided to control the flux of gas introduced into a reactor and to control the size of electric filed. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for eliminating volatile organic compounds includes a plurality of anode parts, a plurality of cathode parts, and a pulse power supply. The anode parts and the cathode parts are alternately arranged in a casing. The pulse power supply applies pulse voltages to a part between the cathode parts and the anode parts. The anode parts include a plurality of anodes(220), and each anode is in the form of a both-sided blade. Electric field is generated between the anode parts and the cathode parts. The flux of exhaust gas introduced into the casing is in a range between 20 and 667(m^3/min)(kV/cm) based on the electric field. Pulse power is based on frequency of 30 to 100Hz, pulse width of 60 to 120 us, and the pulse voltage of 20 to 50kV.
