摘要： 본 발명은 신속하고 효율적이고 컴팩트한 방식으로, 예를 들어 양전자 방출 단층촬영(PET)에 의한, 영상화를 위한 방사성 화합물을 완전 자동 합성을 수행하는 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 특히, 본 발명의 다양한 구체예는 표적수(target water)를 출발물질로 하여 통상적인 화학 시스템 보다 짧은 시간내에 정제된 PET 방사성트레이서를 생성시키며 반응기를 통해 가스 흐름이 제한없이 이루어지는 미세유체 장치상에서의 전체 방사합성 사이클의 자동화된 독립형 핸즈프리(hands-free) 동작을 제공한다. 따라서, 본 발명의 한 가지 일면은 반응 챔버, 이러한 반응 챔버에 연결된 하나 이상의 흐름 채널, 반응 챔버에 연결된 하나 이상의 벤트(vent), 및 반응 챔버 안팎으로의 흐름 제어를 수행하기 위한 하나 이상의 일체화된 밸브를 포함하는, 방사성표지된 화합물의 방사합성을 위한 미세유체 칩에 관한 것이다.

摘要： Methods and devices for a fully automated synthesis of radioactive compounds for imaging, such as by positron emission tomography (PET), in a fast, efficient and compact manner are disclosed. In particular, the various embodiments of the present invention provide an automated, stand-alone, hands-free operation of the entire radiosynthesis cycle on a microfluidic device with unrestricted gas flow through the reactor, starting with target water and yielding purified PET radiotracer within a period of time shorter than conventional chemistry systems. Accordingly, one aspect of the present invention is related to a microfluidic chip for radiosynthesis of a radiolabeled compound, comprising a reaction chamber, one or more flow channels connected to the reaction chamber, one or more vents connected to said reaction chamber, and one or more integrated valves to effect flow control in and out of said reaction chamber.

An apparatus for supplying free falling type starting materials for mass-producing nano-powders comprises a cover(14) consisting of a gas injection port for supplying gas for transferring solid metal powder, a vacuum port for connecting power source(10) for supplying power to a rotary motor(1) and a vacuum vent port(9) for vacuum; an outer housing(12), upper end connected to the cover, lower end connected to a corn-shaped powder transferring path(7) and having a vacuum bypass line(8) at the upper end circumferential one side to form a vacuum space; and an inner housing(13) which consists of a solid metal powder container(15) spaced apart from the inner center of the outer housing, an insulation portion(4) equipped at the upper end of the solid metal powder container for electrical insulation, a powder transferring shaft(2) equipped to include a powder transferring screw(2a) connected to the rotary motor to rotate in a circumferential direction regarding the powder transferring shaft in accordance with the rotation of the rotary motor, a corn-shaped powder receiver where solid metal powder from the solid metal powder container is supplied directly downward and stored, and a disc-shaped metal filter(5) which has a vibration motor(6) at a lower end portion to filter the solid metal powder transferred from the power receiver.
