    • PURPOSE: A method for measuring energy expenditure of muscular power exercise outfits is provided to calculate a position energy variation of a user based on gravitational acceleration measured when the user performs the muscle exercise by installing a low priced acceleration sensor at the exercise outfits and using a multi-link rigid body motion model, and to offer muscle exercise energy expenditure to a wireless terminal of a user. CONSTITUTION: A user starts exercise by using a muscular power exercise outfit where an acceleration sensor is attached. The acceleration sensor measures gravitational acceleration according to the movement of the user (S100). A wireless communication portion of a wireless terminal transmits the measured gravitational acceleration to a management server (S200). The management server calculates the muscular power exercise energy expenditure of the user by conversion of the transmitted gravitational acceleration (S300), and offers the muscular power exercise energy expenditure to the wireless terminal (S400).
