    • PURPOSE: An electric shock sterilizer capable of removing worms and noxious bacteria is provided to be able to simply kill worms/pasteurize within a short time period with a method to kill worms/eggs and microorganism stained on a washing target with electric shock, and to improve the hygiene and safety of food. CONSTITUTION: An electric shock sterilizer comprises a sterilizer body (12), a first electrode (20), a second electrode (22), a switch (24), a voltage regulator (26) and a plug. A wire burying hole (12c) is formed within the body reaching both end parts (12a,12b) which are bent to mutually face to each other in the sterilizer body. The switch is installed to be connected to each wire stand (18a,18b) connected to the first and second electrodes, respectively, in the predetermined position on a support (16) to control the current flow supplied toward the first and second electrodes with "on/off." The voltage regulator adjusts the voltage intensity supplied to the first and second electrodes in the state that the switch part is manipulated to ON. The plug enables to connect the external power supply in use.
