    • PURPOSE: A sample holder for a laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to form high purity carbon or a graphite film on a surface of a metal plate in order to precisely analyze not only a high polymer substance but also a low molecular substance. CONSTITUTION: A sample holder(100) for a laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry includes a metal plate(110) and a thin film(120). The thin film(120) including a material having carbon is formed at a surface of the metal plate, and is loaded with an analyzing sample(130). The thin film(120) includes a graphite film. The metal plate(110) includes a stainless steel having a thickness of about 2mm-3mm. A carbon thin film(120) is formed at a surface of the metal plate(110) with a thickness of about a few micrometers to ten micrometers. The carbon thin film(120) is formed by a sputtering process.

    • 본 발명은 물을 함유하지 않은 냉각액에 레드, 그린, 블루의 음극선관에 대응하는 색소를 첨가한 냉매층을 각각 이루게 하며, 레드는 최대흡수파장이 500-600nm인 색소 5∼50ppm, 그린은 최대흡수파장이 400-500nm, 550-700nm인 색소 1∼700ppm, 블루는 최대흡수 파장이 420nm이하인 색소 100-50000ppm을 각 냉매층에 각각 용해시켜 이루어진 액상 냉매층을 제공하려는 것으로, 레드 음극선관의 경우 종래의 투사형 음극선관 장치에서 보다 약 10%의 색순도 향상을 가져 왔으며, 그린에서는 20%의 색순도의 향상을 가져 왔으며, 블루에서는 다소의 향상을 시킬 수 있고 자외선 영역의 빛을 흡수시킴으로서 플라스틱렌즈나 기타 자외선 영역의 광에 의해 분해를 보이는 것들에 대하여 안정성을 기대할 수 있고, 투사형 음극선관의 레드, 그린, 블루를 종합할 경우 12%-30%의 색순도 향상을 이룬다.

The conducting polymer comprises any one of polyacetylene, polyaniline, polypyrrole, polythiophene, poly(p-phenylene) and poly(p-phenylene vinylene). The electrode module has a plurality of first electrodes and second electrodes which comprise a polyhedral structure.
