    • The present invention relates to a method for producing a coating film for a dental prosthesis using an alloy material having antibacterial activities and to a dental prosthesis, and more specifically, to a method for producing a coating film for a dental prosthesis and to a dental prosthesis, wherein the coating film is produced through a PVD technique on the surface of a dental prosthesis using an alloy material having excellent antibacterial activities and biocompatibility, so that several sorts of diseases of an oral cavity can be controlled, and the coating film can have excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The method of the present invention comprises a target producing step of dissolving one first metal selected from titanium (Ti) and zirconium (Zr) and one second metal selected from silver (Ag) and magnesium (Mg) so as to produce an alloy target mixed with 88 to 95 wt% of the first metal and 5 to 12 wt% of the second metal; and a coating step of producing an antibacterial coating film on the surface of a substrate sequentially by installing the alloy target in a chamber, by injecting argon and nitrogen gas, and by arc-discharging the alloy target.

In a manufacturing method: 70-80% of copper, 3-5% of nickel, 3-5% of iron, 4-5% of palladium, 5-7% of aluminum and 5-8% of other metal are melt; palladium, nickel and iron that are cut in proper sizes are stacked on a copper pipe according to the order of melting point, are heated and melted at 1,650 - 1,700 deg.C in a melting pot of high frequency, are molded through a mold in the shape of a plate or a tub; and are cut in a predetermined size to form a prosthetic alloy for a dental use to prevent the aluminum having a low melting point from being oxidized.
