In a high efficient heat storage burner by a four-way switching valve(5), and a heat storage combustion method using the burner, a heat storage body is installed in burner equipment, two burners(1,2) are formed in pairs, and the four-way switching valve is installed in the middle of the burner equipment to execute repeated combustion work. One of the burners stores heat by the heat storage body while the other of the burners supplies a heat source through combustion for predetermined time, and opposite working is executed by the four-way switching valve after predetermined time.

    • 본 고안은 축열 연소 시 연소 가스의 방향 절환에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 한쪽의 버너가 축열기를 통하여 예열된 공기로 연소하는 동안 다른 한쪽 버너는 연소 가스를 배기하여 배기 열을 축열기에 저장하고, 일정 시간이 지나면, 본 고안의 유로 절환 변이 작동하여 연소와 배기가 서로 바뀌어 운전함으로서 고도의 열 효률을 얻을 수 있도록하는 발브 장치로 간단한 조작 만으로도 원활한 유로의 절환이 되도록하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
      이러한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안은 먼저 4개의 흡기 및 배기 구 즉 2개의 흡기구와 2개의 배기구을 구성하고 구의 중심의 연결 선상에 일정 두께를 가지는 평판 날개를 조립하여 이 날개에 의하여 흡배기 2쌍의 유로가 서로 분리되고, 각각이 흡배기가 독립적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 구성함과 일정 시간의 경과시 중간 날개의 구동 장치에 의해 회전 위치가 변경되어 반대의 흡배기 쌍이 이루어지도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사방형(4-way) 유로 절환 벨브 장치를 구성한다.
      상기 구성으로 본 고안의 목적을 달성함으로서 기존에 사용되었던 복잡한 배관과 많은 벨브의 구성하는 것 대신에 본 고안으로 간단하면서 충분한 효과를 얻을 수 있는 장치로의 대치가 가능한 고안이다.
