CONSTITUTION: A flesh separation apparatus from Japanese apricot comprises the following: a conveyor(1) transferring the Japanese apricot using power transferred from a motor(7); plates(2) formed on both sides of the conveyor by facing each other, and connected to each other using plural connectors(21); an upper roller(3) rotating in the slow speed for guiding the Japanese apricot; a lower roller(4) rotating in the fast speed for separating the flesh from the Japanese apricot using the rotation speed difference with the upper roller; a pressurizing roller pressurizing the Japanese apricot to be inserted in between the upper and lower rollers; and a power transmission unit transmitting the power of the motor to the upper, lower, and pressurizing rollers.

    • PURPOSE: A structure of a citron seed separator is provided to enable flexible pressing according to the vertical thickness of a half citron and to facilitate the separation of citron seeds. CONSTITUTION: A belt structure of a citron seed separator includes a press part(110) and a delivery-separation part(120) which are formed to be separated at the upper and the lower portion of the separator, respectively, and which are driven by a driving part(130). A rubber belt(111) has a plate shape and is installed in the press part. The delivery-separation part includes a pair of chains(121) which are rotated by the driving part; and several support rods(122) which are integrated to the chains. The belt structure has an interval between the press part and the delivery-separation part and the interval becomes narrower toward a discharge part(B) by forming an acute angle along the movement direction of a citron. The press part moves faster than the delivery-separation part.

    • PURPOSE: A device for ejection of citron seed is provided to minimize the damage of flesh, and to eject seeds of citron automatically. CONSTITUTION: A first roller part (10) includes a first roller (12) which is rotatably coupled with a first fixing shaft (11). A second roller part (20) includes a second roller (22) which is rotatably coupled with a second fixing shaft (21), and is adjacent to the first roller. A first driving gear (15) is fixed in one side of the first roller. A second driver gear (25) is combined with the first driving gear by tooth-profile coupling. A frame part (40) includes a pair of supporting frames (41) and a base frame (42) connecting a pair of supporting frames. An ejection part scrapes citron seeds from the citron compressed the first and the second rollers. The ejection part includes a first ejection assembly which is driven by the rotation of the first roller.

A upper lid(34) is combined to the driving plate in order to enable to be elevated. The pin is protruded from the driving plate to be corresponded to the receiving hole, and able to penetrate the upper lid.

    • PURPOSE: A citron seed discharging apparatus is provided to automatically discharge citron seeds for improving the workability and the productivity of processing citron into food. CONSTITUTION: A citron seed discharging apparatus comprises the following: a transfer unit(10) for transferring citron; a discharging unit(20) discharging citron seeds from the citron transferred by the transfer unit; and an assorting unit(30) discharging the remained citron seeds. The transfer unit is formed with a transfer conveyor(11) located on the lower side, and a pressurizing conveyor(12) located on the upper side of the transfer conveyor. Plural pressuring rollers(13) are installed on the conveyors. The discharging unit includes a press roller(21) for pressing the citron, and a mesh roller for discharging the citron seeds.
