摘要： The present invention provides a trimming device of Chinese cabbages, which can remove the bottom part of Chinese cabbages in a mechanical way, in other words, which is a process of trimming plenty of Chinese cabbages in a Kimchi manufacture factory. The trimming device comprises: a supporting frame; a rotating cutter installed in the horizontal direction using a bearing component in the center part of the supporting frame, and rotating in high speed by receiving driving power from a driving motor through a power transfer element; a movable rack composed of slide bars moving forward and backwards as arranged in a row on an identical circumferential surface while putting the cutter in the middle part and a supporting component guiding by passing in and out toward the cutter while supporting the bottom of Chinese cabbages in the front end part of the slide bars; and a collecting component collecting the removed bottom parts in a lower part of the supporting frame. The bottom parts can be removed by having Chinese cabbages guided and moved deep or low toward the cutter, using the movable rack.
