CONSTITUTION: A block-type observation path comprises a fixing frame, a joist, a floor material, a handrail, legs, and anchors. Connectors are formed on both ends of the fixing frame. The joist is installed on the top of the fixing frame. The floor material is installed on the top of the joist. The handrail is installed on the top of the floor material. The legs are fixed to the bottom end of the fixing frame using hinges to be rotatable in a horizontal direction. Artificial reefs are installed on both ends of the legs to improve ecological environment. The anchors fix the legs to a land or water surface.
