摘要： PURPOSE: A producing method of monosaccharide honey is provided to change functional components of natural honey into monosaccharide which can be rapidly absorbed to the human body by natural activity. CONSTITUTION: A first honeycomb with honey is transferred to a sealed facility to prevent honeybees from going outside of the honeycomb, and the honey inside the first honeycomb is separated (S100). The honeybees from the first honeycomb is supplied with a second honeycomb without honey, propolis, pollen, royal jelly, water, honeybee larvae, and other substances (S102).
