    • The present invention relates to a flooring board manufacturing method which is developed for reinforcing the flame resistance, the antibiosis, and the wear resistance of the flooring board utilized as a flooring material as the flooring board is weak for fires and has concern about damage caused by being rotten or being impacted due to the nature of wood. The present invention continuously performs a series of the following steps: a first paper manufacturing step of dipping 25g/m^2 of transparent paper is dipped into 62g/m^2 of a resin which a melamine resin, an aluminum oxide, aluminum hydroxide, chitosan, and a surface-active material are mixed and drying the dipped paper; a second paper manufacturing step of dipping 80g/m^2 of decorative paper or sliced veneer into 62g/m^2 of a resin which a melamine resin, aluminum hydroxide, chitosan, and a surface-active material are mixed and drying the dipped paper; a third paper manufacturing step of dipping 180g/m^2 of colored paper into 84g/m^2 of a resin which a melamine resin and aluminum hydroxide are mixed and drying the dipped paper; a paper bonding step of completing a melamine resin sheet (HPL) by successively stacking 3 to 8 sheets of the dipped colored paper, the decorative paper, and the dipped transparent paper and cooling for 10 minutes after pressing at a pressure of 100kg/cm^2 and a temperature of 130°C for 30 minutes; and a finishing step of bonding the melamine resin sheet manufactured by the paper bonding step on the surface of a plywood.
