    • 본 발명은 건축물용 영구배수장치에 관한 것으로, 통수시 내부 공간을 따라 흐르는 지하수의 흐름을 방해하지 않도록 원통형관으로 이루어지고, 원통형관의 둘레에는 한줄의 나선형구멍이 길이방향을 따라 연속하여 형성되어 있다.
      따라서, 본 발명의 영구배수장치는 내부가 비어 있는 중공관 형태로 이루어지므로 유체가 관로를 따라 흐를 때에 유체 저항이 최소화되고 이에 따라 유체의 흐름이 방해되지 않으며, 결국 유속이 증가되어서 처리 유량이 극대화된다. 또한, 원통형관의 나선형구멍을 통해 지하수가 원통형관의 사방에서 유입되므로 원통형관 주변의 지하수가 원통형관 내부로 원활히 유입되며, 나선형구멍에 의해 일반적인 원통형 파이프에 비해 유연성이 뛰어나다.
