The main wheel(30) is combined to the main foot board part to be rotatable and is installed to join the surface on one side of the outer circumference. The main wheel is combined to both side of the foot board part to be respectively rotatable. A rotating wheel(25) is combined to surface of the foot board part, a central connecting part(32) is mounted rotatable in one end of the rotation shaft.
