The present invention does not use or eccentrically move the excavation part depending on the number of levees and the conditions of furrows. The present invention also prevents damage on the epidermis of tuber crops due to vibration by harvesting the tuber crops, and the guide collects the harvested tuber crops at the levee not to interrupt a tractor driving or the harvest work in the next harvest.
