The double-structural well(30) comprises an unsaturated zone injection well(32) which has a certain length, and on a lower outer circumferential surface of which a plurality of screens are formed to inject air into unsaturated zone; an aquifer injection wells(42) which is extended from a lower part of the unsaturated zone injection well in such a manner that the aquifer injection well is blocked from the unsaturated zone injection well, and on a lower outer circumferential surface of which a plurality of screens are formed to inject air into aquifer; and an air supply pipe(40) installed in the unsaturated zone injection well and connected with the aquifer injection well to supply air into the aquifer injection well from the outside.

    • The present invention relates to an impermeable layer construction method for building the ground of waste landfill which sprays a solidifying agent at the optimal moisture content for cementation acceleration and strength enhancement and prevents cracks from occurring in a curing process. In order to achieve the objective of the present invention, the impermeable layer construction method for building the ground of waste landfill comprises a step of excavating a place, where impermeable layer construction is planned, and preparing natural soil (S10); a step of preparing base soil by sorting the natural soil and removing impurities from the natural soil which contains impurities such as rocks and foreign substances (S20); a step of forming a reinforced layer on the bottom and the slope of the base soil by mixing a portion of the base soil with normal Portland cement and a soil stabilizer (S30); and a step of constructing an impermeable layer on the bottom of the reinforced layer. The impermeable layer construction step (S40) comprises a step of forming mixed soil for solidification by uniformly mixing 10-15 parts by weight of normal Portland cement and 3-5 parts by weight of bentonite based on 100 parts by weight of prepared base soil (S41); a step of preparing solidifying soil for an impermeable layer by preparing 1-5 parts by weight of a solidifying aqueous solution based on the weight of the base soil and uniformly spraying the solidifying aqueous solution on the mixed soil for solidification using a pressurized sprayer (S42); a step of uniformly laying and shaping the solidifying soil for the impermeable layer mixed with the sprayed solidifying aqueous solution on the reinforced layer formed on the bottom (S43); a step of tramping the laid and shaped solidifying soil for the impermeable layer (S44); and a step of curing the solidifying soil for the impermeable layer for a predetermined period after the tamping.

    • A natural flow type leachate re-injecting system is provided to maximize the stabilization efficiency of a landfill by injecting leachate into the entire landfill uniformly and consistently, accelerate the degradation rate of biodegradable waste by evenly dispersing leachate into each stage of the landfill, and obtain an economic gain accordingly by shortening a stabilization time of the landfill. In a landfill(10) which has an intermediate soil covering layer(21) and is constructed in multistage, a leachate re-injecting system(100) for the landfill comprises: an infiltration layer(12) which is formed on an upper reclamation stage(20) and comprised of waste tire chips, pebbles, or a mixture thereof to inject leachate into the upper reclamation stage; a leachate re-injecting tank(110) which is installed in the infiltration layer, and in which leachate is stored; distribution pipes(120) connected to the leachate re-injecting tank to inject the leachate filled in the leachate re-injecting tank into the infiltration layer; and vertical injecting wells(130) which are connected to the leachate re-injecting tank and vertically set up perpendicularly to each of the multiple reclamation stages to inject leachate into each reclamation stage, wherein the distribution pipes and the vertical injecting wells evenly distribute and infiltrate leachate supplied from the leachate re-injecting tank into upper and lower reclamation stages(20,30) as well as an end portion of the landfill.
