CONSTITUTION: The method for constructing a double-structural well(10) for remediation of contaminated soil and underground water comprises a step (a) of drilling a hole having certain depth and diameter at a double-structural well installation position; a step (b) of inserting the double-structural well into the drilled hole; a step (c) of forming first filter bag section(50) by filling gravel in the drilled hole in such a manner that the gravel covers all screens(24) for aquifer; a step (d) of forming an aquifer casing section(60) by filling bentonite from an upper part of the first filter bag section to a lower part of screens(14) for unsaturated zone; a step (e) of forming second filter bag section(70) by filling gravel in an upper part of the aquifer casing section in such a way that the gravel covers all of the screens for unsaturated zone; a step (f) of forming an unsaturated zone casing section(80) having certain length by filling bentonite in an upper part of the second filter bag section; and a step (g) of filling a finishing material(90) obtained by mixing cement with bentonite from the unsaturated zone casing section to the ground surface.

    • PURPOSE: An automatic control system is provided to achieve improved efficiency of accuracy of work, while preventing an unnecessary consumption of power of blower. CONSTITUTION: An automatic control system comprises a blower(12) for permitting a vapor extraction mode for extracting vapor from a soil through an extraction well(10) and an oxygen implantation mode for implanting oxygen into the soil; a mode converting valve for conversion between the vapor extraction mode and the oxygen implantation mode; a stabilization chamber(16) arranged in the rear end of the blower, and which adsorbs a sample gas and maintains the temperature of the sample gas at the level of the temperature of the gas flowing through the front end of the blower during the vapor extraction mode; a sensor unit(18) mounted in the stabilization chamber, and which measures the density of VOC, CO2 and O2 from the sample gas and generates a signal from the result of measurement; a signal processing unit for receiving the signal from the sensor unit and converting the received signal into a data signal; a comparison and operation unit for receiving data from the signal processing unit and comparing and operating the data with the reference value; and a mode control unit for driving the mode converting valve to convert the mode into the oxygen implantation mode if the density of the VOC is lower than the reference value.
