    • PURPOSE: A flexible printed circuit board manufacturing method is provided to prevent the generation of a stepped pulley in an exposing operation by blanking a subsidiary material according to a part which needs to be bent and mounting before the exposure operation. CONSTITUTION: A hole is processed on a substrate for forming a PTH(S10). A conductive film is formed by a chemical copper process on the substrate(S20). A dry film and release paper are coated on both sides of the substrate(S30). A subsidiary material is blanked on the substrate(S40). The blanked subsidiary material is mounted on an exposure film(S50). A circuit is formed by irradiating UV to the exposure film(S60). A dry film and release paper positioned nearby the PTH are developed(70). A copper coating process is performed in an upper part of the conductive film(S80). The dry film and the release paper positioned on both sides of the substrate are delaminated(S90).     • PURPOSE: A printed circuit board manufacturing method using PSR(Photo Solder Resist) is provided to minimize exposure when forming the PSR of a BVH(Blind Via Hole) in an MLB(Multi-Layer Board) product by filling ink in the BVH using an inkjet before printing the PSR with a screen printer. CONSTITUTION: A substrate in which a BVH and a circuit pattern are formed is prepared(S10). The inside of the BVH is filled by using an inkjet(S20). A PSR layer is formed by coating the entire surface of the substrate with ink in a screen printing method(S30). A preliminary drying stage of drying liquid ink coated over the entire surface of the substrate is performed(S40). A PSR exposure and development stage is performed on the dried substrate(S50). A final drying stage of finally hardening the ink of the substrate is performed(S60).     • PURPOSE: A touch screen panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to shorten 1 time a lamination process and an ITO process by using a lower part of a window glass as an upper plate. CONSTITUTION: An ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) pattern is formed in a lower part of a window glass used as an upper plate(S01). The ITO pattern is formed in a lower plate formed into a PET(Polyethylene Terephthalate) ITO FILM(S02). An electrode is formed in the upper plate and lower plate by printing silver or metal(S03). A terminal of the lower plate and a terminal of an FPCB(Flexible Printed Circuit Board) is attached through heat and pressure by using an ACF(Anisotropic Conductive Film) film(S04). The lower plate and upper plate is attached by blanking and laminating an OCA(Optical Cleared Adhesive) film on the lower plate(S06).

    • PURPOSE: A touch keypad for selecting an image which is formed on a display liquid crystal is provided to increase the transparency of a liquid crystal by selecting an image which is formed in a display liquid crystal in a transparent electrode. CONSTITUTION: A transparent electrode keypad(120) is mounted in the lower part of a keypad cover layer(110). A dome type keypad(130) is formed in the lower part of the transparent electrode keypad. An optical source unit(140) is arranged in the side of the transparent electrode keypad. The light source is offered to the transparent electrode keypad. The transparent electrode keypad is formed into the keypad of the electrostatic capacitive type. The keypad generates the change of the contact point so that the internal contact be touched with over constant pressure.
