    • A method for preparing a nanosilver-containing antibacterial ink is provided to produce the functional ink having sterilizing or antibacterial functions and a glass scattering prevention function even without deteriorating the quality of ink. A method for preparing a nanosilver-containing antibacterial ink includes the steps of: preparing acrylic resins having a solid content of 50% by mass by synthesizing an acrylic elastomer resin containing BMA monomer and isocyanate resin as main materials in polyglycol monoethyl ether acetate at 140 °C for about 9-10 hours; adding 2-3% of a dispersant to 80-90% of the prepared acrylic resin and mixing the admixture; adding 10-20% of a pigment or aluminum paste, pearl powder, etc, 2-3% of an antifoaming agent and a leveling agent, and 1-2% of an anti-discoloring agent to the mixture, and dispersing the admixture at high speed to prepare an ink. To provide an antibacterial property, a nanosilver solution having a nanosilver size of 1-5 nm and a nanosilver concentration of 10% is added to the ink in a ratio 0.3% and mixed in an agitator.
