    • PURPOSE: A producing method of dried radish leaves is provided to obtain the dried radish leaves which are capable of rapidly cooking. CONSTITUTION: Assorted dried radish leaves are firstly frozen at 15-20°C below zero for 48 hours (S1). The frozen radish leaves are boiled at 95-100°C for 10 minutes (S2). The boiled radish leaves are washed in warm water at 40-50°C and cold water at a temperature lower than 10°C, and dehydrated to make the water content into 70-80% (S3). The dehydrated radish leaves are secondly frozen at 18-25°C below zero for 120 days, and aged (S4). The frozen and aged radish leaves are dried at 10-15°C for 72 hours (S5). The dried radish leaves are cut and packaged (S6).
